Cross-Panel Activities
While the four GEWEX panels of GASS, GDAP, GHP, and GLASS each have distinct roles and goals of their own, there are obvious synergies across the Panels. Such disciplinary collaborations have grown over years as the Panel activities expanded and became increasingly diverse.
Cross-Panel activities do not only help integrate separate components of the GEWEX Mission into a more organized form but also would cultivate interactions among scientists across different disciplines in hopes to spawn novel ideas for future GEWEX projects.
