Registration and Abstract Submittal
You are encouraged to submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation as part of the registration process. Please note that the number of oral presentations will be limited.
The registration fee is $180, which will cover the costs associated with the meeting. A special offsite dinner on Thursday evening is planned and will require a separate fee (approximately $75). You can express interest in attending the dinner when you register.
The Conference is sponsored by a number of agencies and through their support we are able to defray meeting expenses for a limited number of students or early career scientists (within 5 years of Ph. D.). If eligible, you may apply for this support through the registration website.
The registration deadline was 1 June 2012. However, if you have not registered and would like to attend the Conference, please contact Steve Klein (klein21@llnl.gov) or Jon Petch (Jon.Petch@MetOffice.gov.uk). In most cases, you will likely still be able to register.
