Information for Poster Presenters
The poster sessions will be held on the Terrace of the Sofitel Hotel. Presenters are expected to man their posters during the session to which they have been assigned (notices regarding assignments will be e-mailed prior to the conferences).

Schedule and Instructions for Poster Sessions
Pins will be available. Posters are to be displayed according to the schedule below. Poster presenters are expected to have their posters displayed by the begining of the session and be available to discuss their poster for the duration of the session. If you want to keep your poster, you must take it with you at the end of the poster session. Any posters remaining after the end of the poster session will be discarded.

Posters for this session can set up on Wednesday afternoon after 1200.
Maximum poster size allowed: A0 Portrait (84 cm x 120 cm; 33 in x 46 in)
Posters should include the title of the presentation, the list of authors and their institutional/organizational affiliations. ALL lettering should be easily legible at a distance of 4 feet.
Posters on the Web
We plan to highlight the poster presentations by placing Adobe Acrobat PDF versions on this website. Please send your poster as a PDF file to the GEWEX IPO (firstname.lastname@example.org). The file must be saved as "family name of the presenter and session" (ie., Nordmann_S3) The file size should not exceed 4Mb. The deadline for sending the poster pdf-files is 13 August 2009.
Advertising Posters at the Conference
Please provide ONE Power Point slide that summarizes your poster for advertisement during the conference. The slide should contain the poster title, author(s) and a few bullets summarizing the main points of your research. Please send the slide to the Conference Secretariat at email@example.com by 13 August 2009.

The closest printer to the conference venue is the Kwik Kopy Printing Centre (45 Exhibition Street).The shop is open 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Please contact them directly if you require these services.
